In commemoration of National Children's Day, the Denpasar City will hold a 'Rare Bali Festival' with the theme : 'Merawat Tunas Peradaban (Caring Shoots Civilization)'. With the aim to establish and foster public awareness of children's rights in order to realize the welfare of children.

09.00 - 11.00 : Competition of ngulat klakat, ngulat tipat, making cymbals and Kwangen (Puri Kesiman)
15.00 - 18.00 : Bali Children Games Parade, and Children Ngelawang Parade (WR Supratman road ahead Penggak Men Mersi)
07.00 - 09.00 : Workshop Kids Yoga (Merajan Court of Puri Agung Kesiman)
08.00 - 10.00 : Kids Coloring Contest (Puri Agung Kesiman)
09.00 - 11.00 : Children's Painting Competition (Puri Agung Kesiman)
14.00 - 17.00 : Traditional Children's Games Competition (Bindu Tukad Kesiman)
18.00 - 21.00 : Children's Performing Arts (Puri Agung Kesiman)

08.00 - 16.00 : Becoming Parents of the Day for Children Orphans (Start from Puri Agung Kesiman)
09.00 - 12.00 : Skills Contest making goods from garbage (Puri Agung Kesiman)
14.00 - 16.00 : Traditional Skills Workshop, painted puppets and Carving (Puri Agung Kesiman)
18.00 - 21.00 : Performing Arts and Clossing of Rare Bali Festival 2014 (Puri Agung Kesiman)
The concept of this event is the Festival for the participants followed by all children ages : kindergarten, elementary school and junior high school. Held various activities of children's games and traditional Balinese art.
