RESERVATIONS
Enquires and reservations for service in all areas shown, can be made through Aruna Tours Bali office in Bali by phone or email to [email protected] . Complete information of flight details, number of person, hotel classifications, arrival and departure dates, also passanger details, will help us to achieve efficient replies.
CONFIRMATIONS
Immediately after your reservation request are received, booking will be made, followed by a NETT quotation in US Dollars. The confirmation of each enquiry, will be send by E-mail, phone , Yahoo messengers or facsimile, depending is on urgency.
Unless previous arrangements has been agreed upon, a 50 % deposit to be paid 45 days prior to clients arrival and the balance payment at least 2 weeks.
Remittance per telegraphic is required and Bank account to be advised when agreement has been agreed
Failure to comply with pre payment conditions, may cause the cancellation of all your reservations.
CANCELLATIONS
Although it is not our policy to levy cancellation or "no show" fees of any kind, a late notice of cancellation may result a claim from Hotel, and other supporting services.
In such cases we will debit charges debit chargers to agents concerned.

VOUCHERS / EXCHANGE COUPONS
Vouchers for service by Aruna Tours Bali will be honored, provided other prior arrangements has been made. Voucher should indicate with clear intend of services to be provided. One copy of the voucher and the relevant tour itinerary to be sent from Aruna Tours Bali prior to client's arrival. And the signed client's copy will be sent together with our invoice note.
AIRPORT TAXES
Airport taxes and air fares NOT INCLUDED in the pricing, unless a request is applied.
EXCHANGE RATES
All rate quoted in the tour tariff are in US dollars for all foreign tourists except for domestic tourists and KITAS holder, the tour tariff are in IDR (Indonesian Rupiah). Aruna Tours Bali reserves the right to alter the rates without prior notice, should there be a mayor exchange rates/monetary deregulation.
TRANSFERS
Our transfer rates include : meeting and seeing - off service, with the very best personalized service given to our respective client's. Reliable and comfortable vehicles well experienced drivers.
Assistance in the arrival and departure procedures at the airport, and/or hotels.
Porter available at airport / sea port and hotel.
TOURS
All of our tour prices included : transportation in Air-conditioned vehicles including refreshment in the car, in most destination , if no available, (in non tourist areas) the best available means of transport will be used. In Bali we operate our own transportation department, with private cars, mini buses and coaches. All the mentioned tour programs will be conducted by well experienced English and Japanese speaking guides. Guides with other languages are available on request, subject to availability with a surcharge.
HOTELS & VILLAS
Hotel and Villa rate indicated in this tour package are special rates arranged by Aruna Tours Bali with the hotels concerned, with volume discount rate for groups.
TOUR LEADER POLICY
Free of charge services of the tours and transfer for tour leader can be arrange to Aruna Tours Bali by email.
CHILDREN'S RATES
For tour and transfer rates, the following rates apply.
Rate for the hotel accommodations and meals and adventures are subject to the respective tariffs.
LIABILITY
Although no effort will be spared to provide the requested service, Aruna Tours Bali acts only as agent for contractors and therefore have disclaim responsibilities for any loss, damage, accidents, change of schedule, or at Gods act. Aruna Tours Bali also reserves the right to change the itinerary with or without prior notice, if found in the best interest of all concerned.
INSURANCE
All means of transportation used by Aruna Tours Bali are fully insured. However, your clients are urged to obtain a personal baggage loss and accident insurance. See also liability clause.
